So my peeps... all 4 of you, I am starting my month of no sweeteners tomorrow... Iknow, I know, tomorrow never comes, only it does really... as it turns out in about an hour LOL. Sooooo I totally love my diet soda, I enjoy my diet soda..... but I read a report liking Aspertame with joint and muscle pain, who knows if it’s true... so I thought I would see! My hips hurt... a lot... all the time... Doc calls it bursitis and there isn’t a lot to be done with it... It seems to be getting worse, fluctuates a bit with the weather.... But I want to see how it’s doing by May 27th... Could be interesting to see. Maybe it will do nothing, maybe I will feel better... So I will post more tomorrow... This was a weight loss journal from years ago... evedintly I made it to day 8 of low carb eating back then. So this will be a getting healthy blog... starting with this and going forward. I will be drinking lots of filtered water. Some of it with lemon and thieves essential oils in it, some plain. Lots of people say dropping soda will help you loose some weight as well... I will weigh in the morning as well and see if any weight fluctuation occurs as well. 👌till tomorrow!
